I contacted a person in London but she replied:
You might ask her if she has the grave number; Date of death; name etc and knows the cemetery in which his ancestor is buried.
good day
Hello Christianne and thank you very much, you cannot know how much this answer delights me! for me but not only, for my elderly aunts who are waiting for that!
yes I had documents that I am attaching to you but I do not know if there are enough elements for her to find the grave because I have not had any feedback concerning the plot number.
I am making some progress with this query. I have written to the funeral directors (who have been in existence since 1789) and I have just written to the cemetery. Certainly with Annette it appears to be a public grave and not a private grave. If this is the case then there will not be a gravestone. I will let you know when I hear back from the cemetery. Pat.
