Yes, I did mention the "Golden Book" as a source. But, you should know that I never use this site, except for this particular case, because my friend Godfrey SULTANA was at the origin of the SULTANA-SAGONA study. Therefore, to be accurate, my source is Godfrey and not The Golden Book.
