This information regarding Marcello Cassar is excellent and well presented. I have just discovered that I an a descendant of Marcello & Margarita Borg via their son Domenico.
In the GM01 index I found a potential baptism of Marcello son of Margarita Cassar on 7 Nov 1604. No father was indicated.
