A friend of mine, Albert Cauchi, is trying to find some information regarding his ancestors. He has a marriage registration of Michele Cauchi and Francesca Saveria Borg who married in Floriana on 4th June 1854, Michele's father was Giuseppe Cauchi and his mother was Catarina Refalo but he cannot find anything about them. He thinks they got married outside Malta. As both Cauchi and Refalo are popular surnames in Gozo, he checked the Masini Collection but did not find their marriage registered there.
I wondered whether you have any information about this.
