I have now looked at the document and find that whoever have sent it to you did not properly copy the complete document as there seems to be sections that end up abruptly and lose the meaning of the sentences.
J'ai maintenant examiné le document et ie pense que celui qui vous l'as envoyé, n'a pas correctement copier le document complet car il semble y avoir des sections qui se terminent brusquement et perdent le sens des phrases.
In page one the family tree detailed in there seems to be the central part of the official family tree.
En Feuille #1 l'arbre généalogique détaillé là semble être seulement la partie centrale de l'arbre officiel de la famille.

I can now say that I am officially recognised as a citizen of Malta, having been confirmed by the Government of Malta.
