i HAD A LOOK and could not find the marriage , as for the family trees 4 volumes with 600 pages about with 2 FTrees on each ......
it will take few weeks if not months to go through them
I check the marriage of Giorgio AQUILINA in 1848 his parents are alive and said to be from Curmi
for the wife Rosa GAMBIN i suppose her to be from Birkirkara
the best thing would be
to write
1/to curmi and ask the Church : cost 1 stamp
2/ ask a genealogist to find it cost 10 euros = 10 dollars or ..8£ whatever country you live in

by the way : his first son is Giorgio (married in 1848 Birkirkara)
the father Giuseppe married before 1828 .........if his son is 20y old in 1848
I can bet that Giuseppe father is a Giorgio .
could very well be Gaetana or Agata BORG and there is a family tree ....will search for it

I have to go to Qormi (Curmi)to try to find the marriage registration of Giorgio and Rosa Gambin. I am presuming that Giorgio's parents were Tomaso and Rosa Grech (15.08.1790)and Tomaso's parents were Giorgio and Agata Borg 17.09.1966 (which you kindly pointed out).
I will let you know what I find in Qormi

In the Malta Diocese Archives I found the marriage registration of Giuseppe Aquilina and Geronima Sechel.(parents of Giorgio and Agatha Gaetana Borg) I found Geronima's name written as Hieronyma, probably the Latin name of Geronima.
On Geneanum I found that:
Giuseppe's parents were Luca and Maria Ellul - Qormi 23.09.1684
Luca's parents were Geronimo and Catharina Attard - Qormi 29.04.1651
Geronimo's parents were Domenico and Giovanna Mifsud. - ?ebbu? 03.07.1601
Domenico's parents were Breito and Margarita from ?ebbu? Malta.

This morning I went to ?ebbu? to look for Breito and Margarita' marriage registration. Unfortunately, it seems that the ?ebbu? marriage registrations start from 1616.
Do you have any info regarding Breito 's parents? From the Geneanum Notarial acts I found that Breito and Margarita's children were
Salvo, Domenico (1601), Marino (1606), Gio Paolo (1602), Bartholomeo and Domenica (1621).
