Antonio MEILACH (Meli-Meili-Mieli-Meilac) - stuart.stamp - 16-07-2020
Antonio Mieli married Caterina Schembri 5JUL1780 in Zurrieq. Antonio came from St Domenic's Parish Valletta.
The parents of Antonio were named as Teodoro Mieli (dcd) and Rosa (alive).
There is a marriage of Isidoro Meilach to Rosa Cassar 8JAN1760 in Vittoriosa. Isidoro is from Cospicua.
I thought that it would be a possibility that Isidoro was Teodoro.
I have looked through St Dominics baptism index and also Cospicua looking for a baptism of Antonio with parents Isidoro and Rosa - but no luck.
However in the Vittoriosa index there was a boy baptised 30OCT1760 parents Isidoro & Rosa with the names
Filippo Giuseppe Giovanni Antonio Lorenzo - the godparents were Antonio Luciano & Giovanna Rosa Luciano.
However to be 100% sure I would like to find the family in a census.
Does anyone know if there is a census for Vittoriosa or Cospicua or St Dominics 1761-1780?
